  • caregivers of the elderly,
  • welders,

  • industrial and warehouse workers,
  • Cutters, locksmiths, reinforcers, concrete workers.

These are the professions that are crucial to the stability of the labor market and the implementation of projects in the manufacturing, logistics and technical services sectors.

Challenges when creating a new list

Experts point out that creating an effective list will not be easy. Each industry will want to include its key positions, so it is important that the the criterion of the deficit of occupations be analyzed on a nationwide scale, and not just locally.
