A year that confirmed that swift and responsible action matters
Over the past twelve months, NJOB has consistently pursued its mission: to provide safe, legal, and effective HR solutions tailored to the real needs of the market. As a result:

The year 2025 once again demonstrated the importance of quick decisions, efficient processes, and a collaborative approach to cooperation. By supporting six different industries, the NJOB Group was able to respond flexibly to changing client needs—from sudden staff shortages and seasonal spikes in production to long-term projects requiring stable teams.
At the same time, we placed great emphasis on the safety of temporary workers, clear rules of cooperation, and the presence of coordinators at the workplace. It is precisely these elements that make process outsourcing a viable source of business support, rather than just a stopgap solution.
